If you ever wonder why you just can’t let go of the challenges you meet on a daily bases due to trauma, this will help you to understand. This book explains scientifically how the body retains imprints of trauma and how the mind is impacted. Different forms of therapy are explored in this very readable book.

Befriending Your Nervous System by Deborah Hana

This book explains the nervous system and polyvagal theory in a very easy to understand way. It helps us to understand how so much of our behaviour is governed by our nervous system, but by understanding it we can have more control over it. There are countless exercises in this reading, to help you get to know how your nervous system works and how to self-regulate.

The Book of Dharma: Making Enlightened Choices

A wonderful guide to life – using ancient text of India, this book helps us to examine our perception – what lens are you looking through? With the dharma codes, we can take back control of our behaviour and live consciously and through your own truth.
