1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Participant”) and Inner Vision Therapies Ltd (“Facilitator”) for participation in the Root and Regulate subscription program (“Program”).
By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Program Description
Root and Regulate is a monthly subscription designed to support nervous system and emotional awareness and regulation through 2 live group sessions per month and a Whatsapp group.
This program is for educational and personal growth purposes only. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
3. Eligibility
The Program is intended for individuals who are emotionally stable enough to engage in self-reflection and group discussion.
By joining, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation.
You understand this work may bring up emotional material and you agree to seek appropriate support if needed.
4. Payment & Subscription
The subscription fee is charged monthly (or as otherwise stated at the time of signup).
Payment is processed automatically each billing cycle using the payment method provided.
Your card will be charged automatically each month by Stripe, and you’ll receive an email receipt for every payment.
If you are given a coupon for a first-month free trial, no payment will be taken during the first month.
Your paid subscription will begin automatically at the start of the second month unless you cancel before the free trial ends.
You can cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
Payments already made are non-refundable. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of the month.f the month.
5. Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing Salima McKnight at salima@mail.innervisiontherapies.com to request cancellation.
Do not cancel via your bank, as this will not automatically stop the subscription in Stripe.
Upon cancellation, access to live sessions and program materials will end at the close of your current billing period.
The Facilitator reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Program. Notice will be provided in advance wherever possible.
6. Confidentiality
All personal sharing within live sessions is confidential and should not be shared outside the group.
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Group sessions may be recorded for the Facilitator’s personal reference and improvement purposes only. These recordings will not be shared or distributed.
7. Participation & Conduct
Participants agree to:
Attend sessions in a safe, respectful, and present manner.
Refrain from recording or distributing any content from the Program.
Use the WhatsApp group to share insights, reflections, and experiences, but not to offer individual advice or guidance to other group members.
Understand that the Facilitator may remove anyone who disrupts the group environment or violates confidentiality.
Removal due to misconduct does not qualify for a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials and content provided are owned by Inner Vision Therapies Ltd and protected by copyright.
They are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Disclaimer
The Program supports emotional awareness and nervous system education but does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.
You are responsible for your own choices and agree to seek additional professional help if required.
By participating, you release the Facilitator from any liability arising from your use of the Program.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Facilitator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
